After-sales service is as important as the planning and implementation part of the project.

RAX provides several types of services:

-  24/7 Hotline support: call or email

- Software resolution - 80% issues resolved remotely

- Hardware resolution - Service engineer to come on site

Remote maintanace is included within the service fees. We will perform 2 PPM visits per annum per product (project).

We are trying to provide a full support for unexpected events.

In case more support is needed: we provide service contracts of various level of support.
